Please note, ceremonial cacao is simply the name given to this kind of high quality raw South American cacao liquor (also known as paste). All our cacao is "ceremonial grade" and suitable for cacao ceremonies.
Kate says, "Making my own homemade raw chocolate is pretty much a weekly task, and this cacao liquor is my favourite way to do it. I melt it along with a little extra cacao butter or coconut oil, then add sweeteners like cane juice crystals and stevia, and include my favourite superfoods - maybe Etherium Gold, E3 AFA or 8 Mushroom. Raw chocolate always tastes best when its freshly made!"

Cacao liquor makes an extraordinarily chocolate product because you don't have to add a lot of extra fats to it as you would if you were making raw chocolate with cacao nibs or cacao powder. For an intense chocolate experience, just gently melt your cacao liquor and add your sweeteners and other foods of choice, to taste.
